Summary: Amazing location. Steps from the beach. Waves crashing against the lava rock all day and night. Absolutely stunning views. We love Kapalua and we always look to try new places and this one is at the top of the list. This one is close to the Ritz, beautiful beaches, great food spots (Sensei go for the Sunday or Monday HH but get there by 4pm, Tarvana and Pour are must visits), and great walking/hiking paths. There were some very minor things that can be easily addressed/fixed by the PM for example hot water in the master bathroom in one sink was not working at all, but this is such a minor first world inconvenience we hardly even thought about it during the stay. Highly recommend for a great location and views.
