The house encompasses 4 well-appointed bedrooms, including 2 luxurious master suites each with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Additionally, 2 guest suites share a Jack and Jill bathroom, ensuring ample space for everyone. An additional bathroom conveniently opens to the lanai for easy access. Each bedroom is equipped with brand new Fujitsu split A/C systems to keep you cool throughout your stay.
Your backyard directly overlooks the 6th hole of Makai Golf Course, providing a safe and enjoyable space for kids to play freely. As you sip your morning coffee, you might spot Nenes and vibrant birds fluttering about. The zen-inspired private courtyard enhances your experience, featuring a red cedar soaking hot tub, seating areas, dining spaces, a charcoal BBQ, tiki torches, an outdoor shower, and lush tropical plants together with water lilies.
Feel free to pick from our garden where you can find papayas, avocados, lemons, limes, grapefruits, and pomelos! Guests will also have access to an oversized 800 square foot two-car garage, which comes equipped with a 65” TV, exercise area, weights, yoga mats, desk space, bicycles, boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, beach toys, and even a beach BBQ.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, with three workstations featuring high-speed internet, a computer, and a printer—ideal for remote work or studying. Families traveling with infants can benefit from amenities like a pack and play, stroller, high chair, and an assortment of toys for kids, as well as 4 TVs located throughout the house.
