Welcome to the stunning Royal Kahana 1002, your perfect escape in Kahana (Maui). This exquisite studio on the 10th floor offers breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding islands, creating a picturesque backdrop for your Hawaiian vacation. Designed with taste and adorned in classic Hawaiian decor, this unit is equipped to comfortably accommodate up to three guests.

Stay cool and relaxed with central air conditioning and ceiling fans thoughtfully placed throughout the space. The layout features a common area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for two, and a Smart TV with cable. You'll find a king-size bed along with a twin sofa sleeper, a dresser, and two nightstands complete with USB chargers. Step through the sliding lanai door to discover your private lanai, ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The bathroom enhances your comfort with a walk-in shower, a single sink vanity, and fresh towels paired with luxurious organic bath products provided by Stay Aloha. To ensure you have all essentials upon arrival, Stay Aloha also supplies a generous starter kit including laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen items, along with an Aloha welcome gift to kickstart your stay.

Please note that construction is currently ongoing at the resort for stucco repairs. However, this does not affect access to resort amenities such as the pool, fitness center, lobby, and elevators.

The Royal Kahana boasts many fantastic amenities, including a beachfront swimming pool, BBQ area, comprehensive fitness room, ping pong table, shuffleboard, and an Activities Center/Concierge available to help you plan your adventures. Just across the street, you will find the Kahana Gateway Center, offering various shopping and dining options, including restaurants like the Maui Brewing Company, as well as convenience stores, gas stations, and ATMs.

Parking is available at the resort with a fee payable upon check-in. The fee structure is as follows: $18.00 per day plus taxes for the first 30 days, and a reduced rate of $10.00 per day plus taxes for stays exceeding 31 days.

As for beach access, please be aware that seasonal ocean currents may impact the beach's appearance and accessibility in front of the Royal Kahana. During the fall and winter months, shifting currents can lead to sand being swept away. Although direct access from the property may be limited during these times, a public beach access point is located just a five-minute walk away. Recent photos show usable beach access, but this cannot be guaranteed.

For guest peace of mind, there is a $50 Damage Insurance Fee covering up to $1500 in damages, ensuring you are well-protected against unforeseen incidents.

As a reminder, and due to Maui's natural environment, you may encounter occasional roosters and geckos during your stay. Geckos are harmless and beneficial, as they help keep bug populations in check, while roosters are a common sight across the island. Regular pest control measures are implemented, but complete elimination of all pests may not be possible.

Lastly, we strive to maintain a serene atmosphere; however, we cannot guarantee freedom from disturbances, such as noise from construction or neighboring guests. Such occurrences do not constitute a breach of rental agreement.
