Should you require parking for a second vehicle, a red parking pass will be issued; however, note that it does not guarantee a space during busy periods. In high occupancy situations, you must remove your second vehicle from Polo Beach property by 5 PM that day to avoid fines starting at $200.00.

Please also be aware that while efforts are made to keep all photos current, there might be slight variations in furniture or decor from what is depicted in the images. However, functionality and overall living space will remain consistent or may even improve.

Important Notice: Tile Installation Project at Polo Beach Association
From August 19th through mid-November, expect noise disturbances due to a tile installation project occurring on floors two and three. Noise levels will peak from 8 AM to 5 PM, with particularly loud periods between 9 AM and 3 PM. The initial week will experience heightened demolition sounds, and construction may extend beyond the anticipated completion date.
