Check-Out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out available at $25 per half-hour, up to noon).

If smoking/vaping does occur on the premises, guests may be evicted and will be financially responsible for any damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

💦 Water Shutdowns: Occasionally, the building may have water shutdowns affecting the kitchen and bathrooms. This is controlled by the building, and we cannot offer refunds or compensation.
