Summary: This condo served as the base of operations for the third leg of our trip, back on Maui after several days over on the Big Island. Everything was neat and tidy and the communication with Kate prior and during the trip was great. The unit had everything that we needed. It was wonderful being right by the ocean. I think it is important that you know yourself, your family and what you want. It's not the Four Seasons and it doesn't try to be-it's a solid condo rental right on the ocean, up by the Maalaea Harbor and it was perfect for what we wanted (easy access to Wailuku and the island of Lana'i). We would definitely stay again. While not an issue for us, I do want to note two things for others. First, the front bedroom does not have AC so we used a fan(provided) to pull in air from the living room. And second, as noted by others and I think in the listing-there is no beach directly in front of the unit, you just have to go a few yards down. Thank you Kate.
