Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout requests must be made in advance; failure to vacate by the designated time may incur a penalty equivalent to one additional night’s charge.
Cancellation Policy: Full balance is due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, and a $200 non-refundable cancellation fee applies if canceled outside of 60 days prior. If cancellation occurs within 60 days, you may receive a refund for rent paid if we can re-rent the condo, minus the cancellation fee and associated costs. We strive to re-rent the property whenever possible.
Please note that every property listed under Maui Vision is a non-smoking home, including the unit itself and outdoor spaces such as lanai or hallways. A designated smoking area is provided away from the building, and violating this policy incurs a $500 fine, along with any cleaning costs related to smoke damage.
Guests are responsible for any extra cleaning charges if the unit is left excessively dirty or damages exceed normal wear and tear. All tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This vacation rental adheres strictly to Hawaii law, collecting and transmitting General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes on all rentals.
