Take advantage of the inviting outdoor spaces, including a poolside lounge area and a spacious outdoor dining setup. You will find that shopping and dining options are conveniently close by, making this 4-bedroom, 3-bath residence ideal for your next escape to paradise.

Famous Lanikai Beach is just a leisurely 2-minute walk away from your historic retreat. Feel free to utilize the beach chairs, wagon, and beverage cooler provided for your convenience during your beach outings. The start of the renowned "Pill Box" hike is only a few blocks away and presents some of the most spectacular views of the Windward Side of the island, all visible from the front yard.

The fully equipped kitchen features essential appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and electric kettle, in addition to larger conveniences like a refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and glass top electric stove. For added ease, there is also a large capacity washer and dryer located off the kitchen.

On the ground floor, you will discover the kitchen, living room, dining room with seating for 8, a full bathroom, TV/game room, and a cozy bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed. The upper level hosts three additional bedrooms: the master suite with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a final bedroom featuring two twin beds. An extra full-sized bathroom with a shower and a small office space with a desk and chair complete this luxurious setup.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort, and if desired, the pool can be heated for an additional fee. Toiletries and bath wash are provided in the bathrooms for your convenience.

Outdoor living is the primary attraction at Hale Mokulua. Enjoy al fresco dining that accommodates 8, a refreshment area with a chiller, comfortable lounge chairs, umbrellas, and floating pool chairs that create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. A large gas grill is available for barbecuing, and beach towels are included for your outdoor adventures.

Please note that there is no water access from the oceanside of the property. Our rates are based on a minimum 30-day rental period in compliance with the City and County of Honolulu Land Use Ordinance section 21-10.1. To adhere to local regulations, this property is exclusively yours for a duration of 30 days or more. During this time, it cannot be rented to or occupied by other tenants. The property is registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii.
