Summary: Trying to be fair with our overall experience we had a mixed stay. The owner was very responsive and provide clear directions and provided easy access getting into the unit. The unit was clean and well stocked. The views were spectacular and the unit was right on the water. The location was just a few minutes for a grocery store and about 1 hour from Volcano NP. Everything worked correctly as a few others said but the unit does need some maintenance. The floors were wood, but the finish was worn off, and I did get a few splinters in my feet and had to wear shoes for most of the stay. While the view way fantastic we did not feel comfortable sitting on the deck as it was bowed in the middle and the decking felt soft in spots. The furniture on the deck looked new and upgraded. The entry stairs while functional needed a thorough cleaning and some repairs to the railings. While we enjoyed our stay overall if they are going to continue renting out this house, they need to give it some much needed TLC. While some much-needed repairs and some maintenance then this will be a wonderful place. I tried to be fair to both the owner and other VRBO members in my assessment
