The patio is a highlight of this corner unit, providing an extra-spacious and private retreat. It features a dining table and chairs, making it an ideal spot for enjoying morning coffee with the sunrise or evening cocktails while watching the sunset.

All three bedrooms in this condo offer ample space and designer touches, guaranteeing comfort for everyone. Two of these rooms showcase oceanfront views, and each bedroom is equipped with its own separate A/C system so you can tailor the temperature to your liking:

• Bedroom #1: The primary bedroom, featuring a king-size Casper bed, ocean view, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Bedroom #2: This cozy room includes a new queen-size Casper bed and ocean view. It shares a full hallway bathroom with Bedroom #3.
• Bedroom #3: Ideal for kids, this room has two full-size bunk beds and a fun stairway leading to the top bunk, accommodating 3 to 4 guests. It shares the hallway bath with Bedroom #2.

If needed, we can provide an additional twin-size air mattress, with linens, pillows, and a blanket included for your convenience.

Alternatively, you can be there in less than a minute by car—this is your closest swimming beach.

For culinary enthusiasts, the fully stocked kitchen provides everything you require to prepare meals for large gatherings. Parking is hassle-free, with unassigned spaces available; simply register your vehicle upon arrival at the lobby.
