Summary: The host was great, sent recommendations of things to do in the area and let us check into the house early! The house was clean and very nice, had everything you could need, including washer and dryer, which was so helpful. Couple of things to note- the beach access is not directly behind the house. You have to go through the trees on the side of the house and make your way down. Still was nice to have the beach accessible though!The house is advertised as a house with AC, but per the check in notes for the house, they highly encourage you to NOT use the AC units in the house, and instead use the ocean breeze. They also mention that Hawaii has high electric bills - so somewhat of a guilt trip there haha. It was quite warm inside, so we did use the AC… especially for the price you pay to stay here.Lastly, there are quite a few cameras around the house that were not disclosed in the listing. The main one that was the most uncomfortable was the one on the back patio. It just felt like someone was watching you at all times. I understand that it is likely for security purposes, but if you don’t disclose it, it makes people uneasy.Overall, great place to stay! Would stay there again if there were no cameras! :)
