Summary: The location cannot be beat! The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of beach towels and outside games like bocci ball and corn hole. It is a beach house and you have to expect everything that goes along with that. We never used the air conditioning as we kept the windows open. Plenty of sea breeze but also some humidity. The host Dave always responded quickly when we has questions. The only quirk was the driveway as you are sharing it with the house next door. We had a hard time finding it in the dark. No street lights so it was very dark. The lanai in front and back were large and very nice to have when it rained. Location was great since it was centered between the East and North shores. Traffic is always busy! It is an island after all. We stayed 3 weeks and saw a lot of this beautiful island. The beach is literally at your door. I already miss the sounds of the ocean. We also saw whales right in front from the lanai!
