Summary: We stayed for 4 nights the first week of August with our two children (11 & 18) and my parents. The kitchen and dining room were open and spacious (may need a bigger couch). The living/ dining area gives panoramic ocean views. THIS VIEW is stunning. The waves crash directly in front of you. The grounds were green and lush. The outdoor lanai seating was sturdy and relaxing. Foil and spices were provided along with zip locks, 2 rolls of paper towels, and grilling pans. Dishwashing liquid and pods available. *A few things that could be approved upon---There could have been a few more towels (bath and pool/beach towels) provided as we had to wash towels twice while we were there in a 4 day period.Carpets were older and had some staining/wear. AC is governed and will not go below 68/70. There is no ac vent/return in the bedroom directly off the kitchen/entry door. There were two auscultating fans provided that helped but didn't cool to our normal liking. It was however AUGUST. The proximity to Kona town is unmatched. You can walk to shops & restaurants within 10 minutes.Overall, we LOVED this rental. My parents visit Kona frequently and normally stay at the Royal Kona Resort (which is directly beside this condo) and have decided they would like to stay here from now on. Thank you for the memories!
