Your comfort is prioritized with a state-of-the-art split ductless air conditioning system designed for those tropical nights. The living area is beautifully appointed with new ceramic tile flooring, a pullout sectional sofa, and a flat-panel smart TV equipped with Apple TV and a Sonos playbar for your entertainment.

The kitchen has undergone a complete renovation, enhancing both size and functionality by introducing an island that takes the place of the former bar. Elegant granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances give this space a tropical yet refined feel.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay in this condo. The proximity to the beach and pool was definitely one of the best features. The condo was clean and provided all the necessary beach equipment and daily supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai and view every evening. Amazing sunsets as you can see from the photo! The location of this condo is conveniently close to lots of different restaurants and stores. We look forward to coming back!
