Positive: The home was comfortable with a phenomenal view. We spent most of our time on the balcony even ate all meals out there! Convienent to stores and nice restaurants and a great place to take walks around the neighborhood and the beach.
Negative: It was advertised as a 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom. We had seven adults and only 6 were able to sleep in a private room I am assuming the 4th "bedroom" is the room with the wet bar and sofa sleeper that just has a divider between that room and the third bedroom. No door and limited privacy. No closet or dresser. Also there was only 2 full bathrooms the third bathroom was a 1/2 bath. other than that this is a great rental with a nice inground pool and spa. Also a great master bedroom. We made it work. It should be advertised as a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath and sleeps 8 people.
Summary: Nice home in a great area with unbeatable views. Prefect place for some R and R!
