Summary: Let’s start with the good. The host was very responsive. The condo was well stocked with pillows, towels, kitchen needs and beach things like chairs. It was nice to have indoor parking included. The location was excellent as well. The view was exceptional. The things that weren’t so good was the carpet was heavily soiled throughout the condo. The arms of the two chairs in the living room were also heavily soiled. I also feel like the advertising is a bit dishonest because it has the word “new” in it. There doesn’t seem to be anything “new” with the building or condo as a whole. All that to say we would stay here again if the aforementioned cleaning issues were addressed.
