Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts breathtaking views of both the pool and the beach, also featuring a king-sized bed. The second floor includes two additional bedrooms: one furnished with a queen bed and another with two queen beds, making it perfect for families or groups.

The property offers essential amenities such as a cozy living room that leads out to the pool area, a dining table for eight, cable TV, and high-speed wifi internet access. Your culinary adventures await in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with full-sized appliances and all the necessary tools to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the provided propane barbecue grill while soaking up the spectacular surroundings.

For your convenience, the estate includes a laundry room, an outdoor shower, private parking, and secure gated entry. You will have unobstructed access to the soft sandy beach right outside your door. Please note that according to City & County regulations, only one rental is permitted every 30 days, but guests are welcome to stay for shorter periods without extending to the full month. We do not accept additional rentals during your stay to comply with local laws.
