ℹ️ The bunkhouse, located approximately 15 feet from the main house, features air conditioning, a large window, lockable double doors, and a ceiling fan. It's conveniently situated next to the outdoor shower. While younger children may prefer not to sleep in the detached bunkhouse away from parents, older children often appreciate having their own space. Please note that the property is gated and requires a code for entry.

* The driveway is shared with the property caretaker, though indoor spaces remain private. The caretaker resides in an attached unit with its own entrance and is available to assist you during your stay. Please note that this home is not ADU accessible and involves several steps to access.
* Bedroom 4, while detached from the main house, is insulated, has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and electricity.
