Your private lanai presents lovely views of the city and the Ala Wai Canal. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a full bed and a twin bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, a queen-sized airbed and a single futon are available. Each bedroom comes equipped with a portable AC unit, closet space, and a makeup table that doubles as a laptop-friendly workstation complete with power strips and USB charging ports. The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa and dining area, with a Samsung smart TV connected to high-speed internet for your entertainment needs. To accommodate families, we also provide baby gear including a crib and high chair, plus beach toys for endless fun in the sun.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for meal preparation, including all necessary cookware and dishes. For guests opting not to drive, rideshare services like Lyft and Uber are typically available within minutes, and public transportation is easily accessible with a bus stop just two minutes from the property.

CLEANING/BEDDING

To ensure your health and safety, this condo strictly adheres to the CDC's enhanced cleaning protocols. Disinfection occurs 24 hours before guest check-in, and hand sanitizers are provided. Fresh linens, including complete bedding sets, are replaced and laundered after each guest's departure.

LAUNDRY

The laundry facilities are conveniently located next to the elevator on each floor, with costs set at $3.50 per wash and $3.50 per dry. Payment is accepted via credit card or app, and a larger laundry room is available in the basement. Alternatively, there is a laundromat at the nearby 7-Eleven store.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests can enjoy access to the Aloha Royal swimming pool and BBQ area, which includes tables and seating. Additional amenities include vending machines and restrooms in the lobby. The building is equipped with secure entrances and has a dedicated security staff on-site. For ease of access, a key FOB provides entry to all areas, and guests will receive self-check-in instructions prior to arrival.

LOCATION

Located in the bustling center of Waikiki, our property may experience some traffic noise, typical for a lively tourist area. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay. To assist light sleepers, earplugs are available upon request. The rooms feature louvered windows covered with triple-layer blackout curtains. Our vintage yet well-maintained building, with round-the-clock security, underwent renovation in early 2024, bringing together new air conditioning systems and island-inspired decor.

REFUND POLICY

You will find detailed information regarding our refund policy once you select your travel dates for booking. Additionally, cancellations during your stay due to external factors outside of the owner's control will not be eligible for refunds.
