Positive: Perfect location. Parking garage in the building. The unit I rented came with free parking. Also, there were nice amenities like a cooler, beach, umbrella, and chairs, on-site laundry, etc. The management group (Midway Vacations) were very professional and very responsive.
Negative: Our unit was renovated, so it is very nice. But other units may not be as modern, because it’s an old building. It was disappointing that the recreational area, including the barbecue area and swimming pool were under renovation, but assuming that will be resolved by summer of 2026.
Summary: Great value, great quality for a family vacation.
