This exceptional home has been lovingly maintained by the same local family for four generations and underwent a comprehensive renovation completed in December 2019. It features an architecturally crafted pool house with a saltwater pool, additional sleeping quarters, a separate bathroom, and an outdoor kitchen. The updated design includes a new front lanai, a custom Henrybuilt kitchen, and bar area equipped with SubZero and Wolf appliances, along with custom tile in every bathroom. Dine al fresco, accommodating up to eight guests on the back patio.

Emphasizing eco-friendliness, our home operates entirely on solar energy, achieving a net-zero carbon footprint. The renovations focus on maximizing airflow and natural cooling, promoting conscious power use throughout the property. While both the pool house and master bedroom feature air conditioning, the main house embraces an open-air design enhanced by overhead fans, allowing the delightful fragrances of ocean air, Tahitian gardenia, and night-blooming jasmine to permeate your living space.

• Your booking is not confirmed until both a signed rental agreement and guest registration are received.
• This property is a legally established rental accommodation per City and County of Honolulu regulations, with a minimum rental period of 30 consecutive days.
• Rental prices remain fixed regardless of the number of occupied days, and if you occupy for fewer than 30 days, the property remains vacant, with no refund offered for unused nights.
• No smoking (including e-cigarettes), pets, or parties are permitted on the premises.
• The property accommodates a maximum of 8 adults, with all guests required to register prior to check-in.
• Located in a residential area, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, with all activities moving indoors after 10 PM.
• The pool area is not fenced, so please supervise children closely.
• Expect some road noise, especially outdoors, due to our busy street location.
• The pool house features large windows, providing less privacy than other bedrooms, and is detached from the main house.
• For stays exceeding 14 nights, a weekly cleaning service is mandatory at $475 + tax per cleaning, billed separately via VRBO.
• A $1000 security deposit and damage insurance via VRBO are required, with the deposit refundable within 7 days of checkout.
• The home is monitored by ADT Security, alongside four external cameras positioned at main entrances.
