• Bicycles: Two adult-sized bicycles are available, complete with helmets.
• Non-Smoking: All properties are non-smoking, and many gated condo complexes prohibit smoking (including e-cigarettes) throughout the grounds.
• Hair Dryer: Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
• Baby Equipment: For safety and sanitation purposes, baby equipment is not provided. However, our Concierge Service can assist you in finding local rentals.
• No Pets: This property maintains a pet-free environment.
• Parking: One garage parking space is included, with additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis in unmarked or visitor spots. A maximum of two vehicles is permitted, and parking passes must be displayed on the dashboard.

All of our vacation rentals come with a basic starter supply that includes laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponges, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, and salt/pepper. Please note that cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil are not provided. Once your starter supply runs out, you can easily restock at nearby grocery stores.
