The ground floor location of this Premier condo suite gives you the feeling of a private home. You simply walk out of the floor to ceiling 10 foot high sliding wall to wall glass doors to the soft grass of the pool garden. You are the 30 steps away from the sandy beach. Watch the whales during whale season right from your lanai.
