This beautifully remodeled two-story townhome underwent significant upgrades in May 2015, resulting in a phenomenal living space designed for comfort and accessibility. The ground floor has been thoughtfully expanded to ensure handicap accessibility and features a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy bedroom complete with a queen bed and full bath, as well as a spacious family room that seamlessly flows onto the lanai.

Your stay will be enhanced by top-notch amenities including custom-designed furniture, high-end stainless steel kitchen appliances, Sonoma Williams kitchenware, all-clad cookware, lavish granite countertops, and Italian designer tile complemented by Birds Eye maple cabinets. Additionally, you can enjoy automatic Big Ass Fans, Fleetwood sliders, an outdoor gas grill, and electric screens for the lanai, making your outdoor experience even more pleasurable.
