Welcome to @ Marbella Lane - Mountain View Studio, a charming studio located in the heart of Waikiki. This 360 square foot retreat offers a pristine and sanitized environment with contact-free self-check-in for your convenience.

Everything you need is within walking distance, including stunning beaches, delightful restaurants, vibrant shopping areas, family-friendly attractions like Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki Aquarium, as well as lively nightlife options and public transportation. Positioned on the favored front side of the Waikiki Grand Hotel, the studio overlooks the iconic Diamond Head and is just one block away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach.

This meticulously managed studio features a spacious kitchenette complete with an electric cooktop and a full-sized refrigerator, all set against stylish stone floors and smooth ceilings that lend a modern feel. You can unwind in the king-size bed while enjoying your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Please note that parking is not included with your stay.

The community pool at the hotel is managed by the hotel management team, and any changes to the schedule or maintenance may impact its availability. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

The Neighborhood:
@ Marbella Lane - Mountain View Studio is conveniently situated across the street from a small pier, the ocean, and the zoo. This section of Waikiki boasts the largest, most beautiful beach along the strip. You can easily stroll to Kapiolani Park and the Waikiki Aquarium in under five minutes.

Getting Around:
Parking is not provided with this studio, but building parking is available for $17 per day through the Waikiki Grand Hotel. Alternatively, free parking can be found around Kapiolani Park, which is just a five-minute walk away. Metered parking is free from 6 p.m. to 10 a.m. daily and all day on Sundays. Across the street, you can also find zoo parking for only $1.50 per hour, allowing for a flexible option. If renting a car isn't in your plans, public buses are readily accessible nearby, along with Uber and Lyft services. It’s advisable to rent a car only when heading to the North Shore, as everything else is within walking distance or easily reached via bus, which has one of the best systems in the U.S.

- Cancellation policies vary by platform, and note that no refunds are available within 30 days of check-in if booked through our website.
- A security deposit of $500 USD is required.
- Strictly no smoking, events, or parties; doing so puts your security deposit at risk!
- Coin laundry is available on-site for $1.50 each use.
- Enjoy breathtaking views from the public sundeck on the tenth floor, equipped with tables and chairs for guests.

In consideration for our community, please refrain from hosting parties, events, and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 p.m. All visitors must receive prior approval, and additional guest fees apply beyond two guests ($25 per person, per night). Please note that groups and large gatherings are not permitted.

If you encounter any issues during your visit, do not hesitate to contact us immediately, as we would love to resolve it for you promptly. However, refunds on cleaning or nightly rates cannot be issued post check-out. Our strict no-smoking policy enforces a $500 penalty for any traces of smoking inside the unit.
