Summary: A very nice two bedroom condo on bottom floor. Swimming pool is on a few feet away from the patio, which we watched the sunrise every morning. There are also 2 propane bbqโ€™s, which we used, very close. Complex is very quiet and peaceful. The only time we knew someone was above us is when we saw them on their balcony.The VRBO listing was pretty spot on about what extra items were in the unit ( ice chests, beach chairs, etc.). The parking spaces are a little narrow so we chose to park on the street a couple nights instead of squeezing in/out of our rental car. It was not a big deal as there was plenty of street parking available just outside the parking lot from our assigned space.The property/maintenance manager was frequently walking the property and very friendly and personable. He seems to be very focused on the overall appearance of the complex.I messaged the owner on three separate occasions from the time we booked it until we checked out. Each time he responded within what seemed as a matter of minutes. This was a fantastic all around experience and would absolutely rent from Richard and Jackie again.
