If you are seeking a cozy retreat, consider staying at our Kope Cottage, which accommodates up to 3 guests. This charming 550 sq ft cottage is equipped with all the amazing amenities found throughout our estate, ensuring an exclusive experience as there will be no other guests present. For larger parties, we also offer the Vista Suite, a spacious 1,800 sq ft accommodation that can host up to 5 guests, available at the same nightly rate of $500. The Vista Suite features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a four-burner stovetop and wall oven, alongside a larger grill and lanai area for your enjoyment. Please note, the cleaning fee for the Vista Suite is $250, compared to $150 for Kope Cottage.

To maintain the highest sanitation standards, we require a minimum stay of 7 nights for most months, allowing for 2 nights of preparation between bookings. For extended stays of 28 nights or longer, a 20% discount is available.

During your visit to Kope Cottage, you will have unrestricted access to the expansive upper deck and pool area. The pool, deck, hot tub, and grounds will be exclusive to your accommodations. Guests will also have access to our gym with some restrictions.

Our estate has been freshly remodeled and features high-end appliances along with state-of-the-art facilities, including a Fastlane device installed in our pool for your enjoyment, and a hot tub boasting the same magnificent views.

Located within the renowned Kona Coffee belt, the estate enjoys an ideal climate, typically 5-8 degrees cooler with refreshing breezes wafting off the mountains. In Kope Cottage, you will find two twin beds that can be arranged together to create a king-size bed, along with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed upgraded for comfort. A well-equipped kitchen comes with an induction-style hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, blender, rice cooker, and a variety of spices. The lanai is complemented with a Weber grill for outdoor cooking.
