Our minimum stay requirement ranges from seven to fourteen nights, depending on the season. To ensure cleanliness and comfort, we schedule two nights between guest bookings. Enjoy a generous 20% discount on stays of 28 nights or longer. The pricing structure reflects the exclusive access to this remarkable estate and its premium amenities.
The Vista Suite, situated on the southern side of our villa, features a private entrance and offers spectacular ocean views from every room through the lanai, deck, and infinity pool. Wake up in the master bedroom equipped with a King-size bed and enjoy unobstructed vistas of the Kona coastline that stretches for 30 miles out to the horizon. The suite includes a luxurious master bath with a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, which can easily be converted into a King-sized bed upon request, and it shares a bathroom down the hall that also hosts modern laundry facilities (two full-size washers/dryers). Spanning approximately 1,800 square feet, the spacious gourmet kitchen, living, and dining area is perfect for culinary enthusiasts and includes a queen-sized pull-out sleeper bed with an upgraded mattress for added comfort.
The Cottage, set within 600 square feet, comfortably accommodates three guests and is designed as a one-bedroom unit—not a studio. It has versatile sleeping arrangements with twin beds convertible to a King bed and a queen-sized pull-out sleeper bed. A modern washer/dryer is conveniently located in the kitchen area.
For gatherings exceeding five guests, some members of your party may reside in the semi-attached cottage, which incurs an additional cleaning fee of $150 plus taxes, payable separately.
