This gem of a condo is located on a mid-level floor, easily accessible via two elevators, ensuring convenience throughout your stay. You'll also appreciate the in-unit washer/dryer, perfect for managing your family's essentials. Beyond your luxurious residence, enjoy access to a beachside gym, inviting pool, and barbecue area. Your oasis is nested within the historic Pats at Punalu'u.
Your experience is paramount; therefore, guests have complete access to the entire condo, beach, and gym facilities. You'll find reserved parking for one vehicle, with additional parking available on the street for your convenience.
We strive for your comfort, providing ample supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper during your visit. Should you require assistance or have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Please note that there may be ongoing construction at the Pats at Punalu'u building from Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are considerate of how this might impact your stay; thus, we have reduced our nightly rates by 20% through 2024. If the construction affects your plans, a full refund will be available if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.

Your accommodation is legally registered at Pats at Punalu'u, located at 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717, and exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 (per Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting).
During your stay, you will have unrestricted access to the entire condo, private lanai, beachside gym and pool, picnic areas, barbecues, lawn chairs, and, of course, the beautiful beach just steps away. The entry to your condo is secured by two elevators, and you are provided with free parking in a designated stall, plus additional street parking options.
