The Main House spans 8,600 sq. ft. and includes:

• 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite baths, plus 2 half baths – comfortably sleeping 6 guests.
• A Media Room featuring a projector, a dedicated Spa Room, and a Dining Room that accommodates up to 14 guests.
• An Office Room for your convenience.
• Air conditioning throughout: central A/C in Kitchen/Dining areas and select bedrooms; split A/C units in additional guest rooms.

The Guest House offers an additional 5,500 sq. ft., containing:

• 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths (2 are en-suite), and 1 half bath – accommodating up to 8 guests.
• A Billiard Room and a Dining Room for up to 8 guests.
• Central A/C in the Kitchen, Dining, and Living areas; split A/C units in various bedrooms for personalized comfort.

Should you require more space, inquire about our additional Cottage, which features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with central A/C, intended as maid's quarters.

This property is exclusively available to renters for a minimum rental period of 30 days. Rates are structured around this duration. Considerations include:
