The Main House spans 8,600 sq. ft. and includes:

  • 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite baths, plus 2 half baths – comfortably sleeping 6 guests.

  • An Office Room for your convenience.

The Guest House offers an additional 5,500 sq. ft., containing:

Summary: The Kai Moena beachfront property is great for larger families/friends comfortably sleeping 14 within the main house and guest house. With a very large beachfront lot and over 14,000 square feet of living area there’s plenty of room to spread out. The check-in and check-out process was seamless with great service by Katrina and Erick with Elite Pacific by Gather.
