Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Captain Cook Resorts 10/10!James was always available and a great communicator. We had an issue that we had to be in touch with the rental team- very timely response. Shout out to Vincent who came to take care of the annoying beeping sound.The building is very secure. Staffed by some of the nicest front desk and maintenance staff. This place is in the perfect Waikiki location ... it avoids driving thru all the Waikiki tourist traffic. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants, and easy access to Ala Moana Mall. The unit was really clean and has all you need for a couple or small family, to include beach things/towels, etc. Just be aware you are in Waikiki where there may be some traffic noise but it isnt bad or constant. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY COME BACK AND STAY HERE.
