We are in the Lahaina fire burn zone. We are just starting to open up and welcome guests back. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
We are the only legal short rental hotel zoned condo building in historic downtown Lahaina.
Please keep the sliding doors shut to keep the AC running. The AC will automatically shut off if the sliding doors are even slightly left ajar. Also, if you leave for an extended period of time, the AC sensors will automatically return the set temperature to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Note: this automatic system is set up by the HOA to conserve energy.
NOTE: AT time of check-in, Lahaina Shores will charge you $15.00 per day for parking. I do not collect these fees nor pay these fees on your behalf. Lahaina shores will place a $100 credit card hold for incidentals like smoking and not returning the parking garage key card and the room key card.
Also, the laundry room is on every floor just next to the elevators.
This is a NON-smoking unit. No pets allowed. The condo is professionally cleaned per Hawaii State Laws.
