Positive: The property was clean. Looking out at the pool and ocean every morning and night is great. The security guard was very friendly and helpful. There is a food truck at the pool but we did not buy anything but people we met did & said the food was good. Pool was cleaned every day and the grills in the pool area also. The beach area was very small. Sand bags lay along the beach area. Erosion going on so not much of a beach. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the pillows! Slept great! Had mostly everything you need. Personal items, beach chairs, pool floaty and towels. Plenty of towels and linens. Washer & dryer. Stove needs some new drip pans. Did not see any bugs. Owner was very accommodating for our checkout time since our flight was at night and gave us a little extra checkout time. Response is quick and friendly.
Negative: Construction going on so a little noisy and the parking lot is a little tight with construction trucks.
Summary: If I get a chance to return to Maui I will look for this place again.
