It’s important to note that while this rental is legally classified as a 1-bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen amenities, it has been thoughtfully renovated into a spacious open-concept studio with no walls or doors separating the sleeping and living areas.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:

Check-in begins at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. To guarantee early check-in, consider reserving the condo for the night prior to your arrival. For same-day bookings, check-in is guaranteed for 5 PM.

No pets, no parties, and no smoking/vaping (this includes inside the condo, on the balcony, or in any public spaces of the building). Violations may result in a $500 fine, along with additional costs for odor removal or any necessary replacements due to tobacco use.

All Captain Cook Resorts Rentals Include:

• Bath towels, beach towels, bed linens
• Dishes, silverware, cookware (including a tea kettle and rice cooker)
• Beach chairs, hairdryer, iron/ironing board
• Start-Up Supplies including coffee filters, laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, toilet paper, and travel-sized toiletries

Please note that items such as beach umbrellas, toys, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, coffee, and cooking supplies will not be provided. This private vacation rental does not include resort services such as daily housekeeping.
