Summary: We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Big Island on business. The place for perfect for our purposes, clean and well kept. There is a pool available on the property that we did not use- you will need to sign a separate waiver for this. The rental comes with a kitchenette that has the tools you need for basic food preparation, however, there is no bbq grill and no area to sit and hang out outside. If you're looking for a home base for a couple of nights, this rental is very much appropriate; it's like staying is a nice hotel room with a kitchenette. The owner was also very accommodating and helpful 👍
