Positive: The house was nice and seemed like new construction. The beds were comfortable and kitchen appliances were new. Odd that there wasn't a rice cooker.

Negative: When we arrived, there was very little water pressure. Made it difficult to shower. We went to dinner and when we returned, there were cockroaches in the sink and on the kitchen floor. There was no book or sheet with contact numbers. I sent a text. The water pressure was restored later the following day, and cockroaches were gone. A spray to kill them was on the counter.

Summary: Pleasant house though more care needed to make sure everything is working before guests arrive.
