For guests planning extended visits of 20 days or more, mid-stay cleaning will be necessary, and an additional fee will apply upon booking confirmation. A signed lease agreement will also be needed.

HAWAII COUNTY RESTRICTIONS:
- Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Sound levels during non-quiet hours should not exceed those typically expected in a residential setting.
- All vehicles must be parked in designated areas.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- A Ring Doorbell camera with audio is installed to ensure seamless access for guests during their stay.
- Guests are required to complete a registration form before receiving their door code.
- Please refrain from disconnecting any Wi-Fi equipment or the Ring doorbell.

Minimum $100 fines may be imposed for violations of any house rules or restrictions.

Please note that due to the tropical climate, encountering insects is common and almost unavoidable. To mitigate their presence:
- Store food and beverages securely.

- Always keep screen doors closed.
- Turn off exterior lights since they attract flying insects.

POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: Be aware that units are adjacent, which may result in sounds from neighboring residents or the road below.

Our property is neighboring a golf course, so early morning maintenance work such as lawn mowing may occur.
