Our estate features over 100 Kona Coffee trees alongside an array of tropical fruits, including papayas, avocados, bananas, pineapples, and tangerines, which are available to you when in season.
Our private guest apartment, distinct from the main house and located above the garage, exemplifies a tranquil Hawaiian motif. This inviting space includes one bedroom and one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with elegant granite countertops, and bamboo flooring throughout. Stay connected with high-speed wireless Internet and unwind with your favorite shows on the 43” smart TV with complimentary Netflix in the cozy living area.
Your comfort is assured with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a Euro lounge sofa/bed that can accommodate up to two additional guests in the living room. The bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in tiled shower, with ample bath and beach towels provided for your convenience. Both the bedroom and kitchen offer stunning views overlooking the ocean, enhancing your Hawaiian experience.
The bright and airy living room opens onto your expansive private lanai through 16-foot sliding glass doors, showcasing the lush gardens and greenbelt. Enjoy outdoor dining with a gas BBQ and a table with four chairs on your lanai, all while observing native birds and the occasional wild pigs strolling by.
This accommodation is designed for couples or small groups, accommodating up to four guests (please check the convertible bed size), though not suitable for toddlers. The total square footage, including the lanai, is 816 sq. ft., and please note that the unit is not handicap accessible due to stairs leading up to the apartment.
