You'll also find yourself near the artistic enclave of Holualoa village and conveniently close to Costco!

This quaint accommodation stands at an inviting elevation of 1500 feet within the Kona Coffee growing corridor. The cottage offers two cozy bedrooms and one full bathroom, complete with a covered lanai that features a BBQ grill and outdoor dining setup. Your stay includes private off-street parking for up to two vehicles, ensuring convenience and ease during your visit.

Surrounded by lush tropical landscapes, coffee trees, and fruit-bearing plants, Kona Coffee Cottage provides stunning views of the ocean, harbor, and breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy the symphony of nature as you spot various birds such as hawks, parrots, and songbirds, as well as playful green geckos and chirping coqui frogs.

Ideal for two couples or a family of four, the cottage comprises one queen bedroom and a creatively repurposed garage area featuring a king-sized bed that can also be split into two twin beds if desired. The kitchen comes fully equipped, allowing you to whip up your favorite meals. For entertainment, high-speed wireless internet and two smart TVs with complimentary Netflix access are available. Additionally, there is an exterior security camera positioned at the front door for your peace of mind.

We provide all necessary linens, bath towels, and beach gear, including low and high beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. A washer and dryer are located within the cottage for your convenience.

Enjoy the captivating views of the ocean and sunsets from your private space, while respecting our smoking policy, which permits smoking only in designated outdoor areas. You may find the outside spaces include the driveway parking area, a covered 10x20 cement lanai, and landscaped gravel sections. The tangerine tree outside produces delightful fruit during the winter months!

Your stay might also include visits from our three friendly cats—rest assured they are not allowed inside the cottage. Our son's dog, Meli, may stop by to greet you as well. While wild pigs may occasionally be spotted nearby, they are not to be approached. You might even see a green gecko scuttling around; these harmless creatures often come indoors searching for insects or unattended food left out, particularly fruits. Please remember to store any perishables in the fridge and keep your counters clean.

Kailua-Kona boasts several world-renowned events such as the Ironman World Championship Triathlon in October and the International Billfishing Tournament in August, along with numerous ongoing outdoor athletic activities.
