This spacious two-level condo is located on the 7th floor and comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and additional children. The first level features a master suite equipped with a king-sized bed and a full bath, alongside a second full bath complete with a washer/dryer. You'll also discover a fully-equipped kitchen and a queen-sized Murphy bed in the expansive great room, which opens onto a lanai showcasing captivating views of the town and ocean.

As you venture upstairs, you’ll find an impressive, recently remodeled master suite, featuring another king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a cozy sitting area. Step outside to enjoy a large, newly renovated lanai offering breathtaking ocean and mountain views—perfect for enjoying morning coffee, sunbathing, or sipping cocktails in the afternoon.

  • Bed and Bath: Each bedroom boasts a king bed, while the living area offers a queen Murphy bed. Enjoy high thread count linens, plush comforters, and ample towels. A washer/dryer and bath amenities are also provided.

Summary: This was our 5th time staying in this building, and we love the location. This unit, like the others we’ve been in, has a lanai on 2 different levels, always have sun or shade. Everything we needed was there, towels, water gear, and full spice cabinet!
