Positive: What Breakfast?
Negative: 1) A pool that didn't has a fence around it that leaves room for only 3 chairs and screams "don't come here" which was working well based on the fact that in 30 days we never went in and only saw 2 other people in the chairs but never in the pool. 2) A room that didn't have a mop or any cleaning products to remove the serious mildew around the edge. 3) A sink that had been hand painted and the paint was peeling with question of hygiene. 4) A front door to our unit that looks like somebody puked on it and had only been partially painted. 5) A lip on the shower that is higher than regulation height and a trip hazard. 6) Spending a morning washing the grease off the top kitchen shelves. 7) Spending an hour washing off 99Cent price tags off the trashy glass ornaments in the kitchen. 8) A refrigerator that we had to use cookie sheets so that things did not fall over. 9) Cookie sheets that should be sand blasted to remove the burnt on grease. 10) Having to replace every battery in the unit (clock, remotes). 11) Having to buy a wine glass, 2 bowls, a water jug and ask for a toaster and more than 2 bath towels and one face cloth) just for basic supplies. 12) Being told by the Resident Manager at arrival that Strata Rules did not allow residents and quests to wear shoes or sandals on the premises as this was a trip hazard and an Insurance concern. If this was "a joke" , it was NOT acceptable.
Summary: We coped but would never go here again or recommend it to anyone.
