This property includes two assigned parking stalls suitable for standard or compact vehicles only; oversized vehicles or large SUVs cannot be accommodated. Regrettably, public or street parking is unavailable in this community. If your vehicle does not fit in the designated parking spaces, entry may be denied upon check-in.

In accordance with the Ola No Smoking Clause, smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, which includes the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and all common areas. This policy encompasses cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, marijuana, and any form of vaping. Compliance with this non-smoking policy is essential to ensure a healthy environment for everyone. Any violation may result in penalties, including costs for cleaning or repairs incurred due to smoking.
