Positive: we didn't have free breakfast, had our own kitchen
Negative: local good with Safeway, bus stop, Ross close at hand. But with the Easter Candy building located next door, we got a bit tired of continually running refer trucks and their noise. Plus we ended up on the third floor and at 80 and 74 yrs it was a bit much.
Summary: Extremely clean, comfortable. Lg TV sucks.
