Positive: The location was close to the water, resorts and shopping. The landscaping was perfect and beautiful. The resort provided a basic car rental at the airport. Management gave us a $400 gift card to a neighboring resort to make up for inconvenience of broken items and stinky refrigerator.
Negative: The condo was not as new as suggested by the pictures. Lots of broken items (ceiling fan, kitchen window, floor tiles, outdoor furniture). Not a 180 degree view of water as advertised, more like 75, which was still nice but not what was advertised. Concierge never returned our calls to help schedule excursions.
Summary: Similar to a Wyndom rental, but not luxury as was implied by owners. Overpriced by about $1000.
