Positive: Great location on the island, beautiful views from balconies, short walk to 3 different beaches, awesome location (right across the street) to community pool with clean BBQs to use. Loved the open space in the condo, light and bright! Well appointed kitchen with everything you would need to cook daily meals.
Negative: Condo could've been cleaner upon arrival - found dead bugs in bedsheets and in cabinets (large cockroaches), dirty pots/pans and dishes - ended up washing all before use, food crumbs all along the cracks of the dining table. Not a big thing, but the light switches are kind of a pain to figure out. The wall unit A/C's can be pretty noisy, thankfully we didn't need them too much with the breeze and ceiling fans. Also, to enjoy the beautiful view, you do need to overlook the maintenance area right below the unit (not seen in any photos). And lastly, the sliding doors and screens to both patios are super sticky and difficult to maneuver. Managed to pinch fingers a few times.
Summary: Lots of great features counterbalanced with a few things to note - considering the price.
