Your vacation experience begins in the fully-equipped kitchen, designed for all your culinary needs. As of May 2024, you'll enjoy the comfort of a state-of-the-art Fujitsu Multi-Zone air conditioning system with a total of 24,000 BTU, featuring a 9,000 BTU unit in the master bedroom and an 18,000 BTU unit in the living room.

The living area is adorned with new, cozy furniture as of May 2024, which includes a convenient sofa bed. Step out onto the lanai where new bamboo shades offer a serene space to unwind while taking in views of the lush grounds and glimpses of the stunning ocean.

Accessibility is easy with both stairs and an elevator available. Pono Kai is just a short stroll away from the charming streets of Old Kapa'a Town, where you can explore an array of restaurants, galleries, boutique shops, and a scenic walking/bike path along the beach.

For your convenience, we provide bath, beach, and kitchen towels along with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a snorkel mask for those adventurous days by the ocean. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed complete with linens and extra blankets to ensure restful nights. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with Roku TVs for your entertainment, including cable TV and internet access. A brand-new 50” TV has also been added to the living room area for your viewing pleasure.
