Positive: The apt is just like it looks in the pictures, fabulous. Right on the golf course. On the far side of the fairway are the cliffs and the ocean below. Sunrises each morning right thru the sliding doors.
Negative: The AC is in the bedroom. On really hot days the rest of the apt can get a bit warm due to the sun. They had a ceiling fan and a Dyson to help, though.
