Positive: The property was quiet and clean, and you had everything that you needed in the spot, including two beach chairs, an umbrella, which was really appreciated. There was also a nice cooler which we didn't use, but could be really handy for someone

Negative: The upstairs were either a rental or people live there, and you could hear their movements quite loudly. If I had to choose one other small thing is the shower could be updated.

Summary: lovely, clean safe beautiful place to stay
