Positive: This is a lovely condo in a wonderful location. It is about a 5-minute walk down to the ocean and to the "town" part of Kailua-Kona where all the boutique shops are. It is also a short walk (uphill) to Safeway and Walmart. The condo is roomy and well furnished! And the property is beautiful! I felt like I was in an arboretum. This unit is in a great location - it is towards the back of the property which was nice for the privacy, it is on the first floor (though there are a few stairs to get to the property from the driveway or walkway), and it is right by the pool. It's about a 1-minute walk to the front entrance where you can easily get an Uber or Lyft. The condo comes with a full set of laundry machines and a full kitchen. There is also a roomy living room/dining room which is well-furnished. The bedroom has a nice amount of storage space to put your stuff during your stay, and the bathroom is separated by a wall which is nice. Check in and check out were very easy, and the place was spotless when I checked in. There is also a dedicated parking spot near the unit which is nice. I didn't rent a car (and had an amazing week on Big Island, so know that it can be done without a car!), but it's nice that the spot was available if I would have needed it.
Negative: My only complaint was that the balcony was very small and didn't have room to sit or lounge. I like to sit/eat outside, but this balcony was too small to really be used for anything. I don't really know why it's even there. It was enclosed with mosquito netting which is nice, but I would have loved to be able to actually use the space.
Summary: Well-furnished condo in a great location in Kailua-Kona!
