Positive: Fantastic location. Designated parking. Close enough but far enough from the restaurants and bars. Coolers, beach chairs, towels, boards in the condo. Coffee maker, all the expected and needed necessities and prior guest angels leaving coffee beans, Splenda/ stevia and spices. Window ac unit functioned well and cooled the unit fine. We are active and did not do much beach stuff but this is a great rental!
