Summary: My husband, myself and 18-month old stayed here for close to 6 months. Everything you need for a stay this long is available for you at this house. I worked from home 3 days a week and the place is set up just right for this scenerio, including fast internet. We grilled out once a week and again all that you'd need for this is also available. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The yard space is great. The place is well maintained and clean. It's a plus that you get a parking spot in the car port as the street parking can be difficult. There's exterior cameras on the property for your safety, although the neighborhood is great. My son and I walked it all the time and everyone is friendly. Also, you are right there for all the shops, restaurants, bars of Kailua and even the farmers market. You don't even need a car. There's no AC for the whole house, but we never needed it because they've got a whole house fan that works great. There is a window AC in the bedroom which we may have used once. The owners care very much that you're safe, comfortable and happy to be there. It's walking distance to the Kalama Beach, which is exceptional and never packed. Home for us is now Kaneohe, but Kalama Beach will be our beach. Richard is awesome if you're in a unique situation, as he does everything he can to accommodate your needs. We will definitely be recommending Richard's place to family and friends when they come to O'ahu. Mahalo, for the stay.
