Positive: It was clean and came equipped with enough dishes and supplies for our group.
Negative: This unit advertises air conditioning. While technically true, the small unit was not sufficient to reach the bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom was provided with several fans, but the air conditioner downstairs could not cool off the upstairs, and the door needed to remain open in the bedroom for any hope of getting cooler air inside the room. The primary bedroom is loft style and has a very nice view, but you could hear every noise downstairs and people downstairs could hear quiet conversations in the room. Not great for privacy. Also, because of the design of the room, it is impossible to sleep in if you're sensitive to bright lights as the loft style does not allow for curtains or a way to block out sunlight in the mornings.
